Penne And Parmesan Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 pot feta (blocks cut into 1 inch cubes and drained)
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 branch oregano
  • 1 pepper cut into thin slices

Directions:

  1. First, cook pasta in water 8 to 10 min.
  2. Drain the pasta and put them in a ceperate bowl with the parmesan.
  3. Mix together feta,peppers and chives.
  4. After, mince oregano with your hands and mix it in.
  5. Finally, mix in the pasta.
