This is a delicious combination of pasta and parmesan, feta and peppers with chives and oregano.
Ingredients:
450 grams penne(or other pasta of the kind)
1 pot feta (blocks cut into 1 inch cubes and drained)
1 cup minced chives
1 cup parmesan
1 branch oregano
1 pepper cut into thin slices
Directions:
1. First, cook pasta in water 8 to 10 min.
2. Drain the pasta and put them in a ceperate bowl with the parmesan.
3. Mix together feta,peppers and chives.
4. After, mince oregano with your hands and mix it in.
5. Finally, mix in the pasta.
