Ingredients:

  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Directions:

  1. Microwave the first 3 ingredients for 1 1/2 minutes on high.
  2. Add chocolate chips, if desired.
  3. Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
  4. For a real treat use creamy hot fudge and peanut butter topping.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream and cherry if desired.
