Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash banana well in medium bowl.
  2. Add eggs, peanut butter and baking soda and mix very well.
  3. Pour by tablespoonful onto hot, non-greased skillet.
  4. Allow to cook until bubbles appear on top.
  5. Flip carefully.
  6. Because of the sugar in the banana and the peanut butter, these pancakes turn very brown when cooked.
  7. Makes about 16-20 3 pancakes.
