Ingredients:

  • 3 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Bake 375F for 20 mins.
