Simple Banana Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas.
  2. Add sugar and slightly beaten egg.
  3. Add melted margarine.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Bake at 375 deg. 18-20 minutes.
