Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a smaller bowl, beat egg with peanut butter.
  3. Stir in milk and oil.
  4. Add to the dry ingredients, stirring until well blended.
  5. Cook on a lightly greased skillet till bubbles break on the surface.
  6. Flip to cook the other side.
