Ingredients:

  • 3 large bananas
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 1/2-3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mash bananas in bowl.
  2. Add sugar and lightly beaten egg.
  3. Add melted butter.
  4. Add dry ingredients and mix.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees in ungreased muffin tin.
