Pasta With Chicken And A Spinach Bacon Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. In a large frying pan cook bacon until crispy.
  3. Remove bacon and set aside (crumble when cool enough).
  4. In a bowl mix the flour, salts, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture and brown in the large pan with the bacon grease.
  6. When chicken is lightly browned remove from the pan, cover, and set aside.
  7. Remove any excess fat.
  8. Saute the garlic for a minute.
  9. Deglaze the pan with the wine and broth.
  10. Add the spinach and cook until almost wilted.
  11. Add the cream and stir then add the crumbled bacon back to the pan.
  12. Simmer 5 minutes-10 minutes.
  13. Add the pasta and stir to coat.
  14. Sprinkle with parmesan if desired.
  15. Top with the chicken tenders.
  16. Serve and enjoy!
