Parma Ham With Fresh Figs

Ingredients:

  • 12 small figs
  • 12 slices parma ham, paper thin slices

Directions:

  1. Using a sharp knife, cut the figs into quarters lengthways without cutting right.
  2. Through the skin at the base.
  3. Gently pull the flesh of the fruit away from the skin, leaving the central part of the pulp still attached to the skin.
  4. Stand the figs on a serving platter and drape the Parma ham between the figs.
  5. Serve at room temperature.
