Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the onions and garlic in the oil in a large saucepan until onion is tender.
  2. Add caraway seed, paprika, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add potatoes and just enough water to barely cover the potatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover pan, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in sour cream, and gently stir to coat; heat for 2-3 minutes more or until hot.
  6. Serve.
