Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the flour into a plastic oven roasting bag & shake to coat the inside of the bag. Place bag on large pan. Place meat in the center of the bag and surround with veggies. Mix together catsup, water & soup mix. Pour over the meat. Close bag with twist tie. Make 6 1/2 slits in the top of bag. Cook at 325 for 2 hours or until tender.
