Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine Flours, Cornmeal, Salt & Pepper in a large sealable plastic bag.
  2. Dip zucchini in egg white, shake in the bag to coat.
  3. Arrange on baking sheet.
  4. Coat all exposed sides with cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 7 minutes.
  6. Turn zucchini and coat any floury spots with cooking spray.
  7. Continue to bake about 5 minutes more.
  8. Should be a golden brown.
