Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix flour, salt & pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  4. Dip in whipped egg.
  5. Coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place chicken in glass baking dish sprayed with Pam.
  7. Bake for around 30 minutes (maybe less depending on size of breasts).
  8. If you flatten the chicken first it makes a really nice Chicken Parm.
