Ingredients:

  • 140 g potato
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder

Directions:

  1. Take a small potato and slice it up, then slice the slices so you have fries.
  2. Leave the skin on cuz it's good for you.
  3. Crush up two saltines in a little baggie.
  4. Add the chili powder.
  5. Put the cracker crumbs in a small brown bag.
  6. Toss in the potatos and toss up till they are coated.
  7. Place on a rack over a cookie sheet lined with foil.
  8. Give a quick spray with olive oil cooking spray.
  9. Bake until just starting to brown.
  10. Turn over and cook about 5 minutes more.
  11. Yummy!!
