Oven Baked Breakfast Custard

Ingredients:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into a buttered 13x9 casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
  5. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm or cold.
  6. Enjoy!
