1)Dressing: Combine green onions, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, Equal, garlic powder and red pepper flakes into a screw-top jar; set aside
2)Break up ramen noodles (Remove seasoning packet do not use.) ; combine with pea pods in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over mixture till all is under water. Let stand I minute; Drain.
3)Combine noodles, pea pods, baby corn, bean sprouts, mushrooms and bell pepper in a large serving bowl. Shake the dressing and add it all to the mixture; toss to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Just before serving, add the shredded cabbage; toss to combine. Sprinkle with Cashews, if desired.
