Directions:

  1. Spread almonds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds on baking sheet, bake at 350 until golden and fragrant.
  2. Combine cabbage, bean sprouts and onions in a large bowl.
  3. Wisk together vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, vegetable oil and salt and pepper.
  4. Just before serving toss toasted seeds and dressing with the cabbage.
