Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine all of the marinade ingredients.
  2. Put the steak in a plasic bag.
  3. Pour in the marinade.
  4. Close the bag and place in a shallow baking pan.
  5. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Preheat the broiler.
  7. Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
  8. Place on broiling pan.
  9. Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
