Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 20 to 30 minutes.
  2. Drain and return to pan.
  3. Heat olive oil, butter and milk and add to the potatoes.
  4. Over heat, mash the potatoes.
  5. Add vinegar, chives, salt and pepper.
