Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the above. (If you can't find white canned shoepeg corn, you can substitute frozen white shoepeg corn. Just make sure you use white corn.) Heat everything until warm. Tastes extra good if you cook it in a big black cast iron skillet.
  2. Makes a lot!
