Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 (14 oz) can white beans
  • 1 (14 oz) can lentils
  • 1 (4 oz) can green chilies
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1 (15 oz) carton salsa
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seeds (optional)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until well mixed.
  2. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and heated through (about 10 minutes).
