Norwegian Apple Pie Torte

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt and baking powder. Stir well.
  2. Beat egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir egg, vanilla, apples and walnuts into flour mixture.
  4. Spoon into 8 inch or 9 inch greased pie pan.
  5. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
  6. When cool serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
