Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix together eggs, oil and sugar in large bowl.
  2. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cinnamon.
  3. Add dry ingredients to eggs, oil and sugar.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
  6. Bake in greased and floured tube pan 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
