  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients together for the cake and put in a 13 by 9 pan sprayed with crisco spray for baking. Bake for one hour. Let cool. In a med skillet or saucepan, bring all the topping ingredients to a boil and boil for three minutes. Pour over cooled cake.
