No Fat Apple/Carrot Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/2 cup apple, diced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp clove
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 2/3 cup powdered milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Spray muffin tins with Pam.
  3. Divide equally.
  4. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
