These turn out moist and yummy. good enough to eat just because you like them.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup apple, diced
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon clove
2 eggs
6 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup carrot, grated
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Spray muffin tins with Pam.
3. Divide equally.
4. Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
