Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a very large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, onions and celery.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill.
  4. Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  5. Chill.
  6. Just before serving, pour dressing over vegetables and toss well.
  7. Note: For added color, use purple cabbage when it's available.
  8. Make the dressing the day before to fully develop the flavors.
