Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix water and oil together.
  3. Add water and oil mixture to dry ingredients.
  4. Coat fish with batter.
