Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rice
  • 1 (8 oz) can mushrooms, drained
  • 3 (10 3/4 oz) cans beef consomme
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz) cans water
  • 1 tsp oregano

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in the skillet, add onion, rice, mushroom and oregano. Stir well and add consomme and water. Simmer until done about 2 hours.
