Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in large kettle. Add onion and cook until light brown.
  2. Add rice and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add cabbage and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add meat and broth (for vegetarian: no meat, use vegetable broth), salt and pepper. Simmer until rice is well cooked.
  4. Serve with grated cheese if desired.
