Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry garlic and onion until soft.
  3. Put beans in a bowl, mash them a bit with a fork.
  4. Drain tomatoes, add to bowl mash them a litle.
  5. Add to onion in pan.
  6. Stir till boiling.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. *****pre-heat oven to 190 degrees*****.
  9. Turn pan to low, simmer for 25 minutes, stir occasionally.
  10. Pour into a baking dish.
  11. Arrange chips around edge.
  12. Sprinkle cheese over.
  13. Bake for 5 minutes at 190 degrees.
  14. Take out of over, put sour cream in centre and serve.
