Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet cook meat and onion until meat is brown.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, cook and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Line individual plates with chips.
  8. Spoon beef mix on top on chips.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumber and olives.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese.
  11. Add salsa and sour cream if desired.
  12. Serve.
