My Miso Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 3/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup soba noodles
  • 12 shrimp
  • 1 tsp fish sauce

Directions:

  1. Boil the dashi stock and add mushrooms, onion,carrots, nooldes.
  2. Brinbg to boil then reduce add miso and fish sauce.
  3. Let simmer add shrimp till everything is cooked and enjoy.
