Ingredients:
2 cups water
1 tablespoon miso
4 sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup thinly sliced onion
3 thinly sliced baby carrots
1/2 cup soba noodles
12 shrimp
1 teaspoon fish sauce
Directions:
1. boil the dashi stock and add mushrooms, onion,carrots, nooldes.
2. brinbg to boil then reduce add miso and fish sauce.
3. let simmer add shrimp till everything is cooked and enjoy.
