My Grandmothers Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 very ripe bananas , the riper they are, the sweeter the bread
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cup of flour

Directions:

  1. Combine eggs, smashed bananas, sugar and oil. Slowly stir in dry ingredients. Put in bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or longer, checking periodically.
