My Favorite Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix 1st 8 ingredients and pour into buttered casserole dish. ( I spray mine with Pam).
  2. Melt butter and pour over crushed crackers.and put on casserole. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top (as much as you like) and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
