Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Heat oil,butter in saucepan
  2. 2. remove skin from Garlic add to Oil and lightly Brown.Remove from pan and set aside to cool.
  3. 3. Add Carrots, Celery, Tomatoes and Mushrooms saute until tender.
  4. 4. Add Broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add Orzo and allow to come back to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender and liquid has almost all evaporated.
  6. 6. Chop cool Garlic and add with the rest of the remaining ingredients.
  7. 7. Enjoy warm or cold.
