Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1/3 cup apple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
  2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  4. Add the two mixes together.
  5. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. Put in muffin moulds and put in oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
