Muffins
Ingredients:
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup blueberries
3 eggs
1/3 cup oats
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 tablespoon vanilla essence
1/3 cup apple
1 tablespoon skim milk powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C.
2. Mix all wet ingredients together.
3. mix all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.
4. Add the two mixes together.
5. fold in the blueberries.
6. put in muffin moulds and put in oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
