Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients in a bowl and set aside;.
  2. In a second bowl sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon add muesli and nuts mix well.
  3. Combine all ingredients together and mix well
  4. Pour into 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake 325 F 45 minute.
  6. Turn out on wire rack to cool.
