Ingredients:

  • 10 cups oats
  • 2 cups barley
  • 2 cups wheat
  • 2 cups rye meal
  • 2 cups millet
  • 1 cup flax seed
  • 2 cups prunes
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup peach
  • 2 cups apricots
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup fig

Directions:

  1. Cut fruit into small pieces.Mix fruit&grains together.
  2. Do not cook or heat as this will destroy alot of the minirals.
  3. Add equal amount of spring water to mix let soak over night.
  4. Add a little milk cold or warm (never hot)
  5. U can soak as much as u need for the week leave in the refrigirator
  6. It is a good idea to leave the dry mix in the refrigirator as well - .
