Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil diced potatoes until fork tender, but not falling apart.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Peel hard boiled eggs and dice into medium size chunks.
  4. Combine potatoes and eggs in a large bowl.
  5. Dice onion and celery into small pieces.
  6. For Dressing:.
  7. In a seperate bowl combine Mustard, Miracle Whip, sugar, celery salt and pepper, onion and celery.
  8. Taste the dressing to ensure the taste is to your liking. If not adjust as desired.
  9. Combine the dressing with the potatoes and eggs and stir to combine.
