Directions:

  1. Place apples, celery, and nuts in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together cream and Miracle Whip.
  3. Add cider, sugar, salt and pepper to cream mixture.
  4. Pour over apples and mix well.
  5. Chill until serving time.
