Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until smooth
  2. Heat a frying pan or griddle to medium high
  3. Lightly grease the pan with butter, bacon grease or oil
  4. Spoon 2-4 large serving spoon fulls of batter in the pan
  5. Watch carefully, when lots of bubbles appear (13 minutes), flip
  6. Cook on backside until light brown.
  7. Server with butter and maple syrup
