Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix meat, egg, oatmeal, milk and salt and pepper and mold into a loaf pan.
  2. Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar and spread over the top.
  3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
