Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saute' pan, Saute onions and garlic on medium heat in Olive oil stirring till tender and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl using your hands, mix together ground chuck, eggs, breadcrumbs, steak sauce & bar-b-q sauce.
  3. Mix in cooled onions. If mixture is too mushy, add more breadcrumbs…or add more bar-b-q sauce if too dry.
  4. Form into a loaf using a 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake for 35 minutes at 375°.
  5. While meat is cooking, place topping ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat.
  6. Spread topping on top of loaf and continue baking for another 10 minutes or until center of meat is done.
