Mom's Four Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can green beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can yellow wax beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 onion, chopped to 1/4-inch bits
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped to 1/4-inch bits
  • 1 (2 oz) jar pimentos
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Drain and rinse beans; mix with onion, bell pepper and pimentos.
  2. Combine cider vinegar, oil and sugar; pour over bean mixture.
  3. Chill several hours before serving.
