Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water, vegetables, and can of tomatoes with juices to a boil, add salt and pepper. Cook for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Add beef now (if using ground meat be sure to brown and drain before using) and cook another 15 minutes or until vegetables reach desired consistency.
  3. I serve this with a pan of cheese jalapeno cornbread. Would be good with rice.
