Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot in order listed. Stir just enough to mix spices. Cover and set to Low for 8-10 hours or High 5-6 hours.
  2. Note: If you like your beef stew thicker 1/2 hour prior to serving mix 1 tablespoons of cornstarch with water and add to beef stew.
